The totals:

2510 US soldiers, 226 Coalition soldiers, and approximately 38,475 to 42,889 Iraqi civilians have been killed in Iraq from the beginning of the war and occupation to June 23.

3512 Iraqi police and guardsmen have been killed since January 2005, according to an estimate compiled from news reports.

American soldiers killed between June 16 and 21:
