Take a trek in nature to explore, observe, and learn about insects, amphibians and reptiles both at the zoo and in their natural range. During this workshop scouts will be able to complete 6 of the needed requirements for the “Into the Wild” elective including: honing naturalist observation skills, completing an in-depth animal study, experiencing a live animal demonstration and leaving with additional information of how to help “protect the balance of nature.”
