Haircuts, toys and winter coats will be provided at this 30th installment of Monroe County Legislator Willie Joe Lightfoot's long-running event aimed to help meet children’s basic needs, build community ties, and bring hope to residents of challenged neighborhoods.  Free haircuts will be provided by Legislator Lightfoot and fellow professional barbers.  Toys will be provided through the generosity of the Pirate Toy Fund and its supporters.  Donations of winter coats and jackets are still gratefully being accepted. Please note that children must be accompanied by their parent or guardian!
