ART/LECTURE: Painter Steve Carpenter and his ethereal-figurative works, "Surfaces," will be the focus of this month's Featured Artist Program, held tonight at 6 p.m. at Steve Carpenter Gallery & Art Center (175 Anderson Ave.).
