MUSIC: Experimental-rock-meets-metal group The Overseer will be playing tonight at the Bug Jar (219 Monroe Ave., bufjar.com), with its Thrice meets Underoath-inspired wave of music. Opening up the show will be local rockers Mercia and Waves Crashing Piano Chords, the music starts at 9 p.m., and tickets will only run you $8-$10.

LIT/ART: Explore the rich minutiae of wee artworks on the "Edges of Books" at an exhibit at the Cary Graphic Arts Collection at RIT (Wallace Library, Lomb Memorial Dr.) today.
