Children Awaiting Parents (CAP)’s annual Derby Party will be bigger and better than ever, celebrating 45 years of finding homes for waiting foster children. CAP’s Kentucky Derby style gala will feature our version of a horse race game, silent auction, live music, dancing, mint juleps, and a sit-down dinner.
