Imagine an event where books look good enough to eat – and can be. Contest entrants are asked to create an edible 3-D sculpture based on the title or theme of a book. They are made from cakes, sculpted fruits and vegetables, chocolate, macaroni and any other edible items. The Edible Books Festival will also include cooking demonstrations and tastings.
