An Equality Uganda event at SUNY Geneseo will feature a lecture and discussion with LGBTI (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Intersex) activist Luzau Balowa. Balowa has had an extensive career in civil rights campaigning for women’s rights, HIV/Aids prevention, and issues surrounding the LGBTI community in Uganda and Pan-Africa.
