Navigators from the Literacy Volunteers of Rochester provide free on-site, drop-in service to participants who require assistance with technology. Navigators assist participants with a range of needs, from learning a new computer skill to completing an important computer-related task such as a creating a resume or cover letter, completing a job application, or filling our online forms. No registration first come first serve.

iPad for Beginners

AARP Safety Driving Course

A classroom driver refresher course designed for drivers aged 50 and over.  Cost is $20 for AARP members and $25 for non members, payable at the beginning of class (only checks accepted). Microsoft Word for Beginners Part 1

Citizenship Classes

Meet Libby: Downloading eBooks for the iPad, Android Tablet, & Smartphone

Do you have a iPad or Android Tablet or smartphone and want to learn how to access and download eBooks and eAudiobooks via the Libby App? This class will teach the basics of the Libby app covering navigation, how to search, download, and return library items. Prerequisite: Students must have knowledge of how to use their iPad or tablet or phone including turning the device on, connecting to WiFi, and using the keyboard. Bring your fully charged device. The Bullet Journal Method: 101
