A festive May Day celebration, Sunday, May 1 from 2 to 6 pm at Peacework Farm, 2231 Welcher Road, Newark, New York. At 2 pm, dancing around the May Pole. Next a wild flower walk in the Kraai Preserve woods. Then, a tour of Peacework Farm with a focus on the methods organic farms use to take carbon out of the air and restore it to the soil, mitigating against climate change. You will see the new team of draft horses in action. At 4:30, we will have a potluck supper. Bring a dish to pass, and place settings.
