FESTIVAL | Native American Dance & Music Festival 

Ganondagan's Native American Dance & Music Festival, held this week, will give all people the chance to experience the vibrancy of both contemporary and traditional Native American culture. The event will present traditional dance in regalia, artisan demonstrations, Hodinöhsö:ni' storytelling, and a Native American Arts Market. Vocalist Gary Farmer (Cayuga, Wolf Clan) will perform with his blues band "Gary Farmer & The Troublemakers" on both festival days at 4 pm.

The 27th Annual Native American Dance & Music Festival takes place Saturday, July 28, and Sunday, July 29, at Ganondagan State Historic Site, 7000 County Road 41 in Victor, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days. Tickets are available at the event and include all performances, activities and tours, including viewing the Hodinöhsö:ni' Art Show. Admission is free for Friends of Ganondagan members and children under age two. Non-member admission prices are $12 for the general public, $10 for ages 62 and up, $7 for students ages 18 and up with ID, and $5 for kids ages 3 to 17. 742-1690; ganondagan.org.
