A cult favorite for a generation, "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" is an absurdist-comedy musical interpretation of the legend of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. Kodak Center this weekend is hosting a special screening of the film in honor of its 40th anniversary re-release. Immediately after the screening, Monty Python member John Cleese (who starred as Sir Lancelot the Brave) will hold a Q&A with the audience, and tell stories about his career and the history of the comedy troupe. Bring coconuts.
John Cleese presents "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" on Friday, July 27, at the Kodak Center, 200 West Ridge Road. 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $45 to $75. 1-800-745-3000; ticketmaster.com.
