Workshop focuses on physical theatre techniques to explore, through the body, your animal's medicine. The indigenous medicine in the Americas is an all-encompassing "way of life," for it involves walking on the Earth Mother in perfect harmony with the Universe. No dance/physical theatre training required. The class will adapt to the participants abilities.
