FOLK | 'Friendsgiving'

Here comes the folk and fiddle music, from the lovingly capable arms of The Brothers Blue and a pile of good folks, sitting in and raising some dough for the homeless community. Hosted by Dan Gross, special guests include members of The Crooked North, Zack Rabbet Foot, Jungle Steve, and Rayce and Alyssa.

"Friendsgiving Party & Dance," with The Brothers Blue, happens Saturday, November 17, 8 p.m. at Abilene Bar and Lounge, 153 Liberty Pole Way. $10, or $5 with a donation of socks, underwear, or toiletries. All proceeds go to Foodlink, and all donations go to the Western New York Coalition for the Homeless. 232-3230. abilenebarandlounge.com; thebrothersblue.com.
