On Saturday, February 8, 2014 from 11am-3pm, Rochester Animal Services will be hosting a waived-fee cat adoption event for our cats currently in foster care. They will all be available for viewing and visitations at the shelter. For any cats not previously sterilized, a state-mandated $35 altering deposit fee will apply but will be refunded upon proof of altering from your own veterinarian.
