We'll slow flow by Candlelight through a gentle Hatha Yoga class, including the Moon Salutation Sequence. Chandra Namaskar is a rejuvenating, calming, and cooling sequence that helps ground and balance us during this moon phase. Class will begin with a Full Moon Meditation, helping us connect with the moon prior to asana. We will end with an extended Shavasana. Part of the proceeds will be donated to AutismUp.
