Writing to Heal: What’s the Story?: Saturday, February 23, 1:00 – 3:00 PM. Are you dealing with life-changing issues? You are welcome in this class whether you already write or not. You’ll learn writing exercises and skills you can use for the rest of your life to know yourself better and help restore physical and emotional health. Learn about decades of amazing research on how telling your story a certain way produces positive changes in your body, restores emotional well-being, and clears the mind.
