Ages 1 through 5 with a caregiver. Forty minutes of free play with toys, followed by a short story time. No registration.
Beautiful Leather Earrings:
Wednesday, May 1 6:00 – 7:30 PM.
We will be creating 2 pairs of leather earrings to take to wear or give as a gift.! Each participant will be taken step by step through the process of making a set of leather feather and leaf earrings. This will require some strength and small detail work. All Materials will be provided. Registration required.

Sit, Knit & Stitch:
Thursday, May 2, 6:30 – 8:30 PM.
Bring your own project and enjoy the company of others who enjoy needlecraft like knitting, stitching and crocheting. Beginners to experts are welcome. Bring a snack and beverage if you wish. No registration.
Pajama Story Time:
Thursday, May 2, 6:30 – 7:15 PM.
Stories, songs, activities and a craft will be included. A family program for all ages and pajama wear is optional! No registration.
First Friday Films:

Join us for a film and popcorn on the first Friday of each month! All ages, no registration.
Technology for Seniors:
Friday, May 3. Choose from one of three, one-hour sessions: 11:30 AM, 1:00 PM, and 2:30 PM.
Each month we tackle a new topic. If you own an electronic device, please bring it with you, otherwise you may borrow one from the library during the class. Registration is required and limited to 1 or 2 people per session. Register online or by calling the library at 247-6446.
Gates Garden Club:

The Junior Friends are library volunteers ages 9-16 who meet year-round and help the library with book sales, programs, and decorations, among other fun things. We also get involved with community service activities.

Practice SAT:
Saturday, May 25, 10:00AM – 2:00PM.
For students in 9th grade and higher will take an officially released, full-length practice exam proctored by a test expert under timed conditions then will learn how to score the exam and interpret those results. Bring pencils, snacks and a calculator. Registration required.

Holiday Closing: Library will be closed on Monday, May 27 in observance of Memorial Day. We will reopen at 9AM on Tuesday May 28.
