Participants can load bikes onto the Sam Patch at Brooks Landing (behind Staybridge Suites at 1000 Genesee Street), enjoy a two and a half hour cruise to Schoen Place in Pittsford, down the Genesee River and through two locks on the Erie Canal -- then explore Schoen Place and bike back to Brooks Landing, an enjoyable 9-mile ride along the flat terrain of the Canalway and Riverway Trails.
