Google Analytics is a free tool used to monitor the impact of your website. With it, you can learn who is visiting you, how they found you, what they wanted and whether or not they found it. The problem is, it's not very easy to use. After this course you should be able to generate custom reports, quickly find the information that is important to you and perhaps be on your way to becoming Google certified! Please note: Students should bring a laptop with them to class, logged into their Gmail account.
