The budding long-distance romance between Hank (Pastides), an outgoing and handsome filmmaker, and Asha (Kakkar), a student studying abroad in Prague, is told entirely through a series of video messages sent between the two. After viewing one of Hank’s films, Asha takes the bold step of introducing herself to him by way of a video message. The two begin regularly conversing in this manner, and quickly form a supportive friendship. As the relationship turns into something more, and the two are faced with a raft of anxious questions. Are some romances better left at a distance? Could a more conventional relationship ever be as rewarding as their carefully screened and edited courtship?
