A certified application counselor from LawNY will be available to assist you in enrolling for health insurance through the New York State of Health Exchange (Affordable Care Act). Please be sure to bring ID, the previous year’s tax return, and the social security numbers and birth dates for all members of your family you will be enrolling. Appointments are first come, first serve. Open enrollment for 2017 begins on November 1, 2016 and concludes on January 31, 2017.
