Nicholas Coulter, MSW and Andy Carey, MSW-co founders of Person Centered Housing Options and MC Collaborative will share their expertise in working with individuals with serious mental illness who are also homeless. They will discuss the challenges of homeless outreach, case management and a new approach to homelessness known as “Housing First”.
