Born in Kenya, educated in Uganda, Lebanon, England and the United States, Njeru has witnessed both strife as well as concord among diverse peoples. He uses knowledge of the past to promote harmony among different peoples and bring about positive change in communities. Currently, Njeru teaches history at Monroe Community College. A supervised activity in an adjacent room will be available for children.
