As Rochester considers forming its own downtown Business Improvement District (BID), this session offers an opportunity to hear from BID leaders in other cities, who will share why their BIDs were formed, and what impact they've had on their downtown areas. The event will be moderated by Blaire McBride of the national organization, Block by Block, which manages the on-street services for 67 BIDs across the country. Panelists include Jeremy Waldrup (Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership), David Ginsburg (Downtown Cincinnati Inc.), and Rosemarie Sansone (Downtown Boston Business Improvement District).
