Caldecott Honor illustrator John Rocco and his wife Hayley will launch their first book together, How to Send a Hug, at the Winton Branch Library at 6pm on Wednesday, November 16, 2022! They’ll be joined in conversation by Derek Spencer, Postmaster of Rochester, in a fun exploration of how mail crosses the country, sending “hugs” to loved ones everywhere. The book celebrates the postal service and how it connects us. John is a dynamic speaker who has experience presenting for people of varied ages, so even young children will be engaged at this fun, free program.
