Rochester City Ballet will host its first InStudio for the season with an open rehearsal of its September show “Slightly Sinful.” The show will be the New York premiere of international choreographer Danny Rosseel’s steamy piece of the same name. Also highlighted at the InStudio will be Palmer’s own “Mist,” set to Philip Glass’ 1 st Violin Concerto.
