Advanced registration required. This demo styled class will walk you step by step through the process of preparing a very easy vegan gluten free recipe all while fielding on the spot questions. Participants will have an opportunity to sample the recipe prepared and leave with a copy of the recipe demonstrated, and a simple gluten free baking guide. Recommended ages for this class: 16 & up
