This class will take place at 1866-1870 E. Main Street, Rochester NY 14609. During this chocolate making workshop, participants will be able to roll up their sleeves and learn not only the secret to great tasting chocolate, but also the fascinating story of chocolate. Participants will practice the art of truffle-making from ganache to dipping; they will go home with a small assortment of truffles and endless bragging rights as a chocolate connoisseur.
