Join us for a very basic introduction to Tapestry Weaving with a simple lesson on basket or plain weave and an emphasis on texture, fringe, & pattern. This is not an introduction to European Tapestry woven prior to the twentieth century. Small retro wall-hangings, coasters, and mini textiles will most likely be your finished piece. Please note: The cost of this class not only includes all of your class supplies but also one happy hour drink, or a non-alcoholic drink, of your choice. Drinks and mingling will take place from 5:30pm-6:00pm and the class itself will run from 6:00pm-9:00pm.
