Now that Rochester Regional Health has taken over most of the care in Wayne and Ontario County, I cant get my bills paid in network and I am being billed out of network for simple care such as a primary care doctor's visit. Where I previously paid $20 for a primary care visit co-pay, I am now expected to pay $113 dollars. I have seen my PCP for years using Empire BC and I have not encountered this problem they took over the billing. This is a billing and care monopoly and it is inappropropriate.
