KIDS | 'Children's Short Films from Around the World' 

It's never too early to get your kids into foreign films. "Children's Short Films from Around the World," presented this week by Rochester International Children's Film Festival, is a 60-minute program that includes award-winning films from Argentina, Belgium, Croatia, Estonia, France, Georgia, Germany, Russia, Switzerland, and elsewhere. The short movies include live-action, animation, and stop-motion animation, and kids were involved in the creation of some of them.

Children's Short Films from Around the World will take place Thursday, December 27, 10 to 11 a.m., at the Cinema Theatre, 957 South Clinton Avenue. Free. Preview the lineup at
