A quick glance of a few of the menu items for CoreLife Eatery show that they are high in fat, cholesterol and sodium. With all respect. I would hardly call this healthy eating.

With all respect to Laura Rebecca Kenyon and her story about eggs being added on to foods (a trend I also wish would die), the yellow part is a 'yolk'. A 'yoke' is a wooden crosspiece that is fastened over the necks of two animals and attached to the plow or cart that they are to pull.
