LECTURE | Spring into Wellness Lecture Series

In today's busy, uncontrollable world, it can be difficult to practice self-care, let alone finding the time to do so. Cobblestone Arts Center has been holding biweekly lectures provided by local professionals since early April, in order to combat everyday stress and conflict, along with teaching about health and mindfulness. As the last lecture of a six part series, Spring into Wellness will end with "Meditation and Wellness," a workshop hosted by Qigong and Reiki instructor Paul Schramm, Cobblestone Performing Arts Coordinator Sarah Andreacchi, and yoga and meditation instructor Annie Hidley, who will share their preferred methods of practicing concentration and wellness.

"Meditation and Wellness" will be held at Cobblestone Theatre, 1622 State Route 332 in Farmington, on Tuesday, June 20, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. $25 general; $15 for senior and student admission. For tickets and further information, visit
