In this class, instructor Piera Carubia will demonstrates how to make a variety of healthy protein smoothies using real plant based protein. These smoothies will also include other healthy ingredients that will provide powerful antioxidants, phytochemicals, vitamins and minerals to help protect the body from disease and give you more energy. There will be a variety of shakes to sample and accommodate any diet type such as dairy free, and vegan.
