Participants will come together over the course of six sessions to discuss a variety of thematically-linked texts with facilitator W. Averell Bauder, a member of Reynolds’ Battery L, 1st New York Light Artillery. Participants in “Making Sense of the Civil War” will explore different facets of the war experience, informed by words from powerful voices of the past and present.
