Maple Sugar Festival & Pancake Breakfast
This outdoor outing explores the history of maple sugaring in New York State, with 19th-century techniques and tools that early settlers used to collect sap and make maple sugar. Attendees can listen to Haudenosaunee storytellers in the Village Square, see maple products used in historic kitchens around the Village, sample maple treats, shop maple products in the Flint Hill Store, and more.
