I liked it, but what the media may have invented about downtown is irrelevant.
Please read 'Street Smart' by Sam Schwartz it describes what is happening and going to happen as the baby boomers age and as the mellinneal cadre come of age; believe it or not how the whole car culture and shift to suburban living was a 70yr werid blip in how humans have lived - this blip is now fading and most people are surprised by the change, but if they understood history they'd say 'it's about time'
Businesses are moving to downtowns for many reasons and a big one is attracting young employees.
