Mayor Lovely Warren will welcome boxer Willie Monroe Jr. to City Hall for a recognition ceremony. Monroe Jr., a Rochester native, was the winner of the 2014 Boxcino middleweight boxing tournament, which aired on ESPN Friday Night Fights. Monroe also holds the NABA and NABO Middleweight Titles.
