Mayor Lovely A. Warren will host Fitzroy Crosdale, Secretary of the Rochester Jamaican Organization and Osbourne Boxx, President of the Rochester West Indian Festival Organization, at City Hall on Monday to kick-off Caribbean-American Heritage Month in Rochester with a flag raising ceremony. A total of 16 flags from Caribbean nations will be hung from the third floor of the City Hall Atrium and be displayed during the month of June.
