Mayor Lovely A. Warren and Chief of Staff Jeremy Cooney will demonstrate their support for the Boy Scouts of America Seneca Waterways Council's 21 Stories for Scouts campaign by rappelling down the First Federal Plaza Building. Mayor Warren will also highlight Bike Week 2014 by riding a bicycle on loan from the Full Moon Vista bicycle store from City Hall to First Federal Plaza. Noon for the bicycle ride; 12:30 p.m. for the rappel.
