Classes open with gentle breathing and posture exercises, followed by a relaxing guided visualization. As you deepen into a peaceful state, I will offer Reiki healing & energy balancing. Benefits of meditation - often called 'mindfullness' include lowered blood pressure, restful sleep, & clear thinking.
