The deadline for nominations is December 12, 2014. Nominations Guidelines are as follows: Candidates have demonstrated service to the greater community or its people, over and above what can be expected of one person, in the course of everyday living, without or with very little compensation. This award is to be made to a living person only. Nominations should be in writing and include a short biography of the candidate. Dates and accomplishments should accompany each nomination.
