In collaboration with the American Literary Translators Association (ALTA) annual conference, the Rochester Early Music Festival (REMF) offers a concert of early vocal music performed by chamber choir Musica Spei. Musical selections will be presented as original poetic text, sung text, and in new translation, celebrating the theme of "Sight and Sound" that focuses this year's ALTA conference and enlivening this Medieval and Renaissance musical repertoire with modern translated meaning.
