A certified health care navigator from LawNY will be available for a one-hour appointment to assist in enrolling for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act. Open enrollment takes place November 1, 2018 through January 31, 2019. Additional appointments available at other libraries in Monroe County. Please be sure to bring a photo ID, the previous year’s tax return, and dates of birth and social security numbers for all family members that you are enrolling. Registration for a one hour appointment is required.
