Open Face at Eastman Museum features sandwiches, soups, salads, sides, and baked goods, including numerous vegan or vegetarian options, such as corn mash, mashed pea, chickpea, and toasted brie. Sandwiches can also be made over field greens as salads. Specialties—including ginger carrots, pickled beets, and baguette chips—are also on the menu. Desserts include Open Face cookie splits and cookie sandwiches, Cheesy Eddie’s carrot cake, Red Fern vegan jam bars, and Royal Café gelato.
