Eastman faculty members Renée Jolles (violin) and Steven Doane (cello) are featured in the first half, performing the magnificent Concerto in A minor for Violin, Cello, and Orchestra, Op. 102 by Johannes Brahms. Then we will give the world première of a piece especially written for the Penfield Symphony Orchestra by Grant Cooper (a former PSO music director): Ding Dong Merrily on High, performed by the Penfield Symphony Orchestra Brass Ensemble.
