In this class, you will learn the basics of pointed pen calligraphy in the classic Spencerian Script style. Students will learn letter shapes, technique, and how to use and care for your calligraphy tools. Students go home with an oblique holder, nibs, homemade walnut ink, guide sheets, and the foundation to further your studies outside of class. This class is created for the complete beginner, but it would also benefit students familiar with pointed pen calligraphy who want to learn a new style.
