Professor Arlene Kanter from Syracuse University’s College of Law will present the President’s Diversity Lecture at SUNY Geneseo Feb. 27 at 2:30 p.m. in Newton Hall 202. She will address "From Charity to Human Rights for People with Disabilities” with an emphasis on disability rights under international law and its global development. The event is free and open to the public.
