Publick Musick performs rarely-heard Baroque holiday music, ranging from vocal chamber works of Schein, Schütz, and Tarditi to the high baroque Magnificat of Franceso Durante, in its original 5-voice version with strings. Also on the program will be music for strings of Torelli and Dall’Abaco.
